The Midlife Method

The Midlife Method is a course in development aimed at helping individuals aged 40-65 break out of unhealthy habits . It's a wellness program designed specifically for people in midlife who feel disillusioned with traditional weight loss approaches and overwhelmed by the emotional and physical toll of constantly starting over.

Looking for people to help with research

The ideal person for the The Midlife Method is one who is experiencing the exhaustion of continual dieting cycles and is disillusioned with current weight loss methodologies. These individuals, both men and women, often feel betrayed by their own bodies, especially due to hormonal changes and stress, which have compounded over the years. They lead a lifestyle where health talks and weight struggles are pervasive and their past attempts at change have led to mental burnout. They need a compassionate approach that addresses emotional well-being alongside physical health. The Midlife Method will be designed to help.
